Guest McElroy Posted July 26, 2000 Posted July 26, 2000 A corporation is the sole member in an LLC. The corporation wants to include in the operating agreement a provision that would allow it to pass along options (profit interests) in the LLC to employees of the corporation. Any thoughts on this?
