I can't give you a comprehensive list off the top of my head, but if you go into benefitslink.com (sponsor of this message board) and search "cafeteria plan" you should be able to get to a question and answer session (this is different than the message boards) regarding cafeteria plans. I had a client ask some questions the other day on cafe plans and the Q & A section provided me w/ quite an education. The answer to your question was encompassed in that section as well. IRS Publication 502 would be a good place to start for unreimbursed medical expenses and Publication 503 for dependent care expenses.
