Lawyer fees

I won my case against pension plan. They breached qdro and my rights. Paying all back payments with interest and re instating my monthly benefits.  That's great, but, can I file to get all my lawyer fees back ?

This was a domestic relations civil case. And I should have never been in court if they would have not lied and cheated me.

I am in P A.  Are there cases texts or laws I can look at?

If you had a lawyer when you won your case, the lawyer should have evaluated whether or not a claim for lawyers fees was viable.

He did.  The judge didn't fine them or give lawyer fees. The verdict is done. But my lawyer working on numbers now.

When this is over can I take to a magistrate or back to court for legal fees?  

Any domestic case can ask for lawyer fees to be paid in pa.

Did you ask for legal fees?  If so, the answer might be an award of zero.  If not, you/attorney must determine if you have any opportunity for additional claim.  Could this mean something simple like, "your lawyer screwed up"?

Well, at least you won, and now you have money to pay your lawyer. Lawyers usually include lawyer fees reimbursement by default. If you didn’t get anything, then it’s a “no” from the judge.
I had to take cases to court several times, too, and I won every time because I had a good civil lawyer. But I got the lawyer fees reimbursement only once or twice, and I don’t understand how that works. Maybe the judge looks at how much money you get in the end and decides that you can pay the fees yourself, or there is a law that talks about it. Anyways, I will probably ask my lawyer about it next time I see them.
