Guest BethF Posted March 25, 1999 Posted March 25, 1999 I would like to introduce this benefit to the employees of my company (approx. 175) and am currently researching the best way to implement the policy. Because we are small, I will be handling the administration in-house. Any advice from those who also administer would be greatly appreciated. How much time per month does it take? Problems/concerns I should be aware of as I launch? Thanks very much for your help!
SLuskin Posted March 29, 1999 Posted March 29, 1999 There are many administrators who do not consider 175 employees "small". YOu might look up some on Benefitslink and compare those costs with the costs of doing it yourself. The administrators should always be up to date on changes, etc. and you might find that difficult to do.
Guest BethF Posted April 6, 1999 Posted April 6, 1999 I am going to talk to administrators and determine the best route. Although 175 certainly isn't "small", we only expect about 20 participants. So, I thought I would poll others that self-administer the FSA. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
