My question is do 125 plans need to be restated under GUST. For example, there are definitions of Highly Compensated that changed, but maybe since 125 plans use a different HCE definition, that exempts them from restating. Or, maybe it doesn't. That's my question.
Guest Posted October 20, 2000 Posted October 20, 2000 It was my understanding that the GUST amendments related to pension plans. I 125 cafeteria is a fringe benefit plan;thereby not impacted.
