Guest N Rigsby Posted October 23, 2000 Posted October 23, 2000 We had an employee go out on a medical leave on his 9 month anniversary. Because he had not been employed by our company for 1 year, his leave was not covered by FMLA. Three months later, he is still on leave and has reached his 1 year anniversary with the company. Do we now have to offer him 12 weeks of FMLA?
