Guest annieo Posted October 23, 2000 Posted October 23, 2000 Are there any instances where protected benefit issues apply to non-qualified plans?
QDROphile Posted October 23, 2000 Posted October 23, 2000 Sure. The terms of the plan could protect against changes or benefit reductions. The plan is a contract and should have something to say about how changes are made and by whom.
