I have a client that is having trouble access the web module using Netscape. Has anyone else had this problem?

There are many possibilities here. One possibility is the security level may be incorrectly set. Go into Internet options/edit preferences chose security adjust to the appropriate level.

Several items - must be netscape 4.x, java script enabled, SSL 1 & 2 set, DOES NOT WORK WITN WIN 2000!!!!

Explorer 5.x seems to work better.
