Guest BTCISP1969 Posted December 20, 2000 Posted December 20, 2000 Outside of the cafeteria plan, would the presence of an election/choice between various benefits, such as deferred compensation plan, health or vision benefits, offered by the employer to an employee mean that normally pre-taxed deferrals become included in the employee's gross income?
