Guest Richard Scheer Posted January 26, 2001 Posted January 26, 2001 Under a Dependent Care Reimbursement Program can we reimburse for household care for a dependent over age 13? I know that for services perfomed outside the house, the age limit is 13 years. Any help would be appreciated.
Guest Laurie LB Posted January 30, 2001 Posted January 30, 2001 You are correct, the limit is age 13 for allowable dependent care expenses.
Lisa Hand Posted February 3, 2001 Posted February 3, 2001 Children 12 and younger is the correct limitation for child care, however; remember that if the dependent is mentally or physically incapable of self care, there is no age limit.
