Web-based employee benefits enrollment/changes

Is anyone using software packages that are web-based for employee benefits and other HR areas(such as: ARIOSO.net). For example: the employee can enroll him/herself via the web into all the insurance programs, 401(k), change some personal data in employee database (address, phone, dependents, etc.). Supposedly eliminates a lot of administrative work an HR Asst. type of person does--because the employee is doing their own.

We are currently in the process of implementing an entirely web-based employee self-service system that will allow an emloyee to do virtually everything on-line including enrollments, changes, viewing pay history, etc. The product we are using is made by Interlynx and also includes manager self-service. We have developed a web based system for enrolling executive benefit plans, such as deferred compensation, SERPs etc. The system has been up and running for one year, and was the first to enroll a executive group etc.
