Guest Paul Posted May 2, 2001 Posted May 2, 2001 Bush's proposal says you can carry over $ 500 of unused money from one year to the next. However, there have been no changes to the statute as of yet.
SLuskin Posted May 4, 2001 Posted May 4, 2001 Actually, there is something pending about this every year, and it has not been passed yet. Other pending legislation is talking about permitting Long Term Care Insurance to be pretaxed in a Cafeteria Plan, but that hasn't happened yet either.
