Safe harbor plans offer several peculiarities when it comes to plan operational and testing issues. This program will take a close look at these issues including:

** Top heavy exemption
** Top heavy satisfaction
** Use of OEE rule
** Coverage testing
** Nondiscrimination for nonelective contributions

** Testing matching contributions if ACP safe harbor does not apply

Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites or other advanced preparation for this program. The instructor will assume attendees have a general familiarity with the qualified plan requirements, and a minimum of two years of experience in dealing with qualified plans.
