The 2016 version of the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System incorporated changes made in the last three years to the plan correction program and made several other important modifications. The most important changes relate to the end of individual determination letters for amended plans but there are several other key modifications. This special 60 minute program will bring you up to date on the key changes in EPCRS 2016.

• VCP fees removed from EPCRS
• Changes to Audit CAP sanctions

There are no prerequisites or other advanced preparation for this program. Attendees should have a general familiarity with the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System, and a minimum of two years of experience in working with qualified plans.
