As the workforce ages, the challenge of coordinating employer sponsored benefits with Medicare increases. Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) rules prohibit employers from taking certain actions related to employees eligible for Medicare; Medicare entitlement makes employees ineligible for HSA contributions; and Medicare affects employees’ and dependents’ COBRA rights, to name just a few issues.
This webinar will concentrate on how Medicare affects employer sponsored benefits, not on general Medicare coverage and eligibility issues.
