ERISApedia.com

Aug. 15, 2017

Webcast

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT

This is Part II of a two-part series about Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System ("EPCRS").

In this session, the presenters will provide practical guidance on how to correct specific failures. The session will cover those failures where the EPCRS program provides recommended corrections and it will also provide guidance as to what to do when there is no recommended correction method. This program would be appropriate as a refresher for experienced professionals or a good introduction to this topic for those new to the industry and who listened to Part Iís EPCRS primer.

Presenters:

  • Ilene H. Ferenczy, J.D., CPC, APA, is the managing partner of Ferenczy Benefits Law Center in Atlanta, GA, where she advises clients on all types of employee benefit plan issues, with a focus on qualified retirement plans, benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, and advising third-party administrators of employee benefit programs on technical and practice issues.
  • Timothy M. McCutcheon, JD, CPA, MBA, is the Publisher of ERISApedia.com and President of Burrmont Compliance Labs, LLC. Prior to his launch of ERISApedia.com, Timothy was the founder of ftwilliam.com.
A recording of the presentation and a copy of the PowerPoint presentation will be made for those who are unable to attend.
