Session: Disability Claims, Leaves and Accommodations
The DOL’s new disability regulations became effective April 1, 2018. In addition, there continues to be a stream of development of state and local leave requirements. Marilyn and Tim addressed these developments, the interplay between federal, state, and local laws (including the FMLA, the ADA, and workers’ compensation), and looked at the impact of leave on other benefit plans.
