The Retirement Confidence Survey is the longest-running survey of its type examining Americans’ preparations and feelings about retirement.
Listen to a panel of experts discuss the results from the 2018 survey, with an emphasis on working during their retirement. Find out about at what age retirees retired and how much of a source of income working for pay is in retirement. This is compared to current workers’ expectations about when they will retire and how much they expect working for pay will be an income source in retirement. Furthermore, the number of jobs held by retirees who work and the factors associated with working or having more jobs will be presented, specifically the confidence retirees have in having enough money to last throughout their retirement years.
