Health Reimbursement Arrangements Compliance AssistanceEmployee Benefits Security Administration [EBSA], U.S. Department of Labor |
Sept. 12, 2019 Recorded Online Webcast |
New rules released by the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and the Treasury will expand the use of health reimbursement arrangements to provide new coverage options for employers and their employees. They allow employers to offer a new Individual Coverage HRA as an alternative to a traditional group health plan. The new rules also increase flexibility in employer-sponsored coverage by creating the Excepted Benefits HRA that can be offered in addition to a traditional group health plan. The Department of Labor will be joined by the Internal Revenue Service to discuss the benefits of offering these expanded options, who can offer them, how they work, what responsibilities an employer has, when employers can start offering them, where to find more information, and more. Join us for this webcast to learn more about Health Reimbursement Arrangements and take advantage of the opportunity to ask your questions about the new rules. Expand the use of health reimbursement arrangements to provide new coverage options for employers and their employees. |
