The session will explore different ways a Pooled Plan Provider (PPP) can structure a Pooled Employer Plan (PEP). It will include who can be a Pooled Plan Provider, what the different roles in a PEP and how they differ from single employer plans. Finally, the session will discuss the latest on the DOL and IRS guidance for PEPs.
