While the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) has been a useful benefit for many employees, employers are left with the complex task of managing leave requests under FMLA and other suchlike laws. Unfortunately, this can be daunting for employers who must also contend with leave abuse, as well as strict guidelines on what constitutes abuse and how to approach an employee when abuse is suspected.

In this practical webinar, you will review the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and examine its eligibility, policies, and procedures. You will also discuss medical benefits during FMLA, and the FMLA’s communications requirements and related Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) considerations.
