Join us for an in-depth discussion of the new rules affecting ERISA health benefits under the December 2020 and March 2021 federal stimulus bills. The panelists will discuss the new COBRA premium subsidy under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), including what health plans are covered, what individuals are eligible for the subsidy, during what time frame, and common questions regarding implementation.

The panel will address other aspects of ARPA such as rules governing Dependent Care Assistance and tax credits under the ACA. In addition, this webinar will cover the health benefit implications of the No Surprise Act that was part of the December 2020 stimulus bill, including enhanced mental health parity requirements and protections against surprise medical bills.
