Nuts & Bolts of Benefit Plan Administration

During this half-day session, attendees will hear speakers talk about and explore day-to-day issues and challenges of administering benefit plans—including retirement plans, executive benefits, employee leave programs, and stop loss claim administration.  This program is different than others in that the focus will be on administrative pitfalls and facing those challenges.  Attendees should leave with tips and tricks they to implement in their everyday work.

This program is aimed at the beginning to mid-level benefits professional, and will also serve as a good refresher for more experienced professionals. We will explore issues and challenges presented in the day-to-day administration of benefit plans ranging from employee leave and retirement plans to executive benefits and stop loss insurance for larger health plans. We encourage attendees to bring questions for the speakers and be ready to join in the dialogue with other benefits professionals.
