Description: Now that filing deadline has passed we move on to year end proposals. In this webcast we will go through the basics of plan design in detail. What are the best strategies for maximizing the principals and managing employee cost? How do you design to fit within a set budget? What does the plan sponsor need to know about the plan design? What are the advantages and disadvantages of certain designs? We will focus mainly on Cash Balance with 401k combined plans.
