Seasoned Financial Professional to Drive Sales and Consulting in IL and WI APPLETON, WIS. – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an industry-leading retirement plan solutions provider recently announced the addition of Brian Flynn to their Regional Sales Consulting team (RSCs). Flynn will be providing retirement plan sales consulting services in both Illinois and Wisconsin and will report to Darin Erdmann, TRA’s National Sales Manager. Flynn is joining TRA from Lincoln Financial Distributors (LFD), where he operated as a Regional Sales Director. He will be tasked with partnering with financial advisors and recordkeeping partners to assist them in creating and implementing optimal retirement plan designs for businesses of all sizes. “I’m excited to join TRA because I wanted to be part of an organization that focuses on robust and innovative solutions in the TPA space,” asserted Flynn. “TRA has a great culture, the right vision for the future, and is led by a leadership team whose goal is to exceed their customer’s needs. My aim will be to ensure the ongoing coordination of our services will continue to yield exceptional service for our partners, plan sponsors and their participants.” Flynn has nearly 20 years of expertise in the retirement services industry and has held several sales and leadership roles with some of the industry’s biggest and most well-known companies, including: Ameritas, John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, and Watson Wyatt Worldwide. “Brian is a detail oriented financial services professional with a strong investment and sales background. He’s demonstrated the ability to develop and expand client relationships and is successful in evaluating how best to create new business opportunities,” said Erdmann. “His background in retirement plan design and administration, coupled with his most recent sales and marketing experience will enhance the service and support we’re able to provide to our advisors in the region. We are thrilled to have him join our Midwest Sales Team.” Flynn earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce, with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University. He has his Series 6, 7, and 63 Securities Licenses, as well as Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) License. |
