TRUSTMARK RELEASES 3DAILY INNOVATOR™ RECORDKEEPING SYSTEM

New Technology Offers Clients Improvements In Performance and Flexibility

SAN FRANCISCO – September 22, 2000 – TrustMark®, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., today announced that it has released a new version of its previous recordkeeping system MBA/3Daily.

The new version, 3Daily Innovator, is a Windows-based recordkeeping system with enhancements that allow recordkeepers to produce custom statements and reports by manipulating individual data fields, adding graphics, and incorporating external information.

TrustMark’s three other products, which includes Voice Innovator™, Web Innovator™ and Pocket Innovator™ work in conjunction with 3Daily Innovator™ to allow participants to manage their retirement plan accounts from a phone or computer with Netscape Navigator™ or Microsoft Internet Explorer™.

“With the introduction of 3Daily Innovator, TrustMark will provide to our clients and the marketplace access to technology which will drive efficiency in the retirement services sector,” said Bob Oros, Vice President and Channel Manager for TrustMark. “This product will provide improvements in scalability, increased performance through new technologies and a more user-friendly system.”

Additional features of 3Daily Innovator include:
· A system control unit “iMenu” – provides centralized access to the system.
· Ability to run concurrent licenses - allows multiple sessions to be run with a single login.
· Multi-tasking capabilities – provides a single login can process multiple jobs simultaneously (i.e. process a loan, enter a new investment and run an allocation report at the same time).
· Better system security – allows administrators to maintain passwords, system paths, login security, concurrent licensing and customization of menus.
· Faster run times on many processes - increases the speed of the process, ultimately reducing time and increasing productivity.
· Detailed on-line help – provides step-by-step procedural descriptions that help minimize the leaning curve as well as user-defined level help.

For existing clients, the conversion to 3Daily Innovator is seamless as it maintains the current database file structure with no need for file conversions. In addition, the move from MBA/3Daily to 3Daily Innovator can be completed gradually providing time to establish procedures and become familiar with the features and functionality of the new system without disruptions or downtimes.
