Press release:

Newkirk’s Enroll Plus(TM) makes state-of-the-art enrollment materials affordable

Issued by: Newkirk

Date: Apr. 22, 2002

ALBANY, NY, April 22, 2002 — Newkirk, a leading ERISA-focused publisher and the nation’s largest provider of OnDemand enrollment materials, announces the introduction of its new state-of-the-art Enroll Plus(TM) system. Enroll Plus is a convenient and affordable way to produce high quality defined contribution enrollment materials.

Enroll Plus provides the features and flexibility of a customized enrollment book system, at a low entry price. Available via a new Internet front end, plan providers can create enrollment materials anytime, anywhere. There is a modest per order charge and low cost per enrollment booklet. There are no additional charges for fund fact sheets, access to the Enroll Plus site, online editing, online package tracking, or any other Enroll Plus features. Enroll Plus allows providers to choose from two attractive enrollment booklet designs.

Importantly, Enroll Plus is extremely flexible. For example, providers can easily upload their own PDF files for inclusion in the OnDemand enrollment books. These items might include: custom forms, VRU and Internet site maps, a custom cover letter from the employer sponsor, and so forth. And, the powerful online editing tool (e-Editing) allows for customization of cover letter and plan highlight text – on the fly.

Providers also have access to attractive, informative, and up-to-date fund fact sheets from Newkirk’s library of over 12,000 registered investments. The system even allows Providers to sequence the booklet components in any order they want.

“The new Enroll Plus product incorporates all we have learned about OnDemand technology during the past decade,” said Peter Newkirk, President of Newkirk. “The low entry cost of this powerful and flexible enrollment book system will finally give small and mid-sized 401(k) qualified plan providers access to the best technology. Additionally, we believe this new platform will dramatically reduce our system development time for large providers.”

For information on Newkirk's Enroll Plus and to attend an online demonstration of the system, contact Jean Fischer at 518-862-3226 or by email at jfischer@newkirk.com.
