SPARK Institute Comments To Congress, DOL & SEC About Concerns With "401(k) Fair Disclosure Retirement Security Act"

SIMSBURY, CT, August 6 - The SPARK Institute today sent a letter to members of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committees on Education and Labor and Ways and Means regarding its concerns about the “401(k) Fair Disclosure Retirement Security Act.”  The letter was also provided to senior policy makers at the Department of Labor and the Securities and Exchange Commission.  “We have so many concerns regarding the proposal that we believe it’s important to bring them to the attention of all stakeholders immediately,.” said Larry Goldbrum, General Counsel of The SPARK Institute.
