Press release:

Willis Towers Watson Data Services' 2016 Executive Compensation Surveys Now Open for Participation

Issued by: Willis Towers Watson

Date: Feb. 5, 2016

February 4, 2106 -- It’s that time of year again for executive compensation professionals to begin thinking about their benchmarking data needs for the coming year and how they’ll secure comprehensive decision-quality pay data. Our market-leading executive compensation surveys are designed to address this need, and the 2016 survey cycle is just now getting under way.

Perhaps our best-known offering is the U.S. Compensation Data BankTM (CDB) Executive Compensation Surveys. With more than 1,100 participating companies last year, the U.S. CDB Executive Compensation Surveys collect data on base pay, actual and target bonus, total cash compensation, expected long-term incentive values and total direct compensation for more than 150 benchmark positions. 2016 survey results will be available later this year to the participating companies exclusively.

To learn more about the surveys and survey process, including job matching and data submission, compensation professionals are encouraged to participate in our upcoming complimentary webcasts. The U.S. CDB General Industry Executive Compensation Survey Webcast is scheduled for Thursday, February 25. To register for the webcast, click here.

The dates and registration links for other key webcasts in the series are listed here.
