Press release:

PSCA Washington DC Public Policy Fly-in Scheduled for June 12

Issued by: PSCA [Plan Sponsor Council of America]

Date: May 17, 2017

Chicago (May 17, 2017) – The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) will host a Public Policy Fly-In in Washington DC on June 12 at the Hyatt Regency Washington.  The event is designed to allow plan sponsors to meet with and share information with staffers and policy makers involved with committees and agencies that oversee or affect qualified retirement plans.

“This is an opportunity for PSCA members to meet with policy makers and understand potential changes coming and share our concerns,” said Jack Towarnicky, PSCA Executive Director. “As the voice of the Plan Sponsor and America’s Retirement Savers, it is critical that we educate Washington on the potential impact that changes to the tax code could have on qualified retirement plans, health savings accounts, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.”

Working with Groom Law, PSCA has scheduled a day that will include presentations and panel discussions with the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and Senate and House Staff. For more information or to register for this event, visit
