2018 Willis Towers Watson Best Practices in Health Care Survey Now Open

Issued by: Willis Towers Watson

Date: May 22, 2018

What are the best practices in health benefits and how are they changing? How does your company's performance compare?

May 21, 2018 -- We invite you to participate in the Willis Towers Watson 2018 Best Practices in Health Care Survey -- the longest running and most comprehensive survey of employers' current actions and future plans for employer-sponsored health benefits. The survey explores key areas to reduce cost; improve efficiency; and, ultimately, achieve a healthy, high-performing workforce, including:

  • Strategy and planning
  • Financial management
  • Pharmacy management
  • Health management
  • Employee financial, social and emotional wellbeing
  • Employee engagement and experience
  • Measurement, and health and wellbeing analytics
Take the survey.

The online questionnaire will take 45 to 60 minutes to complete and will remain open through Monday, June 25. We'll keep all responses confidential and report results in aggregate only.

When you participate in this survey, you will receive:

  • A customized scorecard that compares your organization across a variety of benchmarks, including those of industry peers and employers with high-performing plans
  • A complimentary survey report: Best Practices in Health Care
  • Insights regarding actions employers are taking to control costs, differentiate health and wellbeing programs, and improve the employee experience
Thank you in advance for your participation.
