MILWAUKEE, February 4, 2019 - Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), announces that the firm has opened an office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Located downtown in the IDS Center, it represents the firm's eighth office nationally. The new office adds three experienced employee benefits attorneys to the firm: Peter M. Rosene, Pamela H. Nissen and Michael T. Joliat. Rosene, Nissen and Joliat represent fiduciaries and plan sponsors on the administration of employee benefit plans, with a primary focus on representing Taft-Hartley multiemployer plan clients.

"Reinhart is pleased to open our Minneapolis office with the addition of such highly regarded attorneys to our Employee Benefits Practice," said CEO Jerome Janzer. "Pete, Pam and Mike will further strengthen what is already of one of the country's largest and most experienced multiemployer practices, representing 112 multiemployer plans nationally."

Rosene is a shareholder in Reinhart's Employee Benefits Practice and Taft-Hartley Group. He specializes in all aspects of ERISA plan compliance, having 37 years of multiemployer benefit experience. Rosene's practice centers on representing trustees/fiduciaries in employee benefit plan matters regulated by federal law. He offers counsel on all aspects of federal fiduciary law, including investment contracts and investment monitoring for approximately $1 billion in plan assets, all aspects of federal health care compliance, pension plan design / compliance issues and vendor contracting.

Nissen is a shareholder in Reinhart's Employee Benefits Practice and Taft-Hartley Group. For 24 years, Nissen has worked extensively with jointly-trusteed benefit plans in a broad spectrum of matters and issues. She has served as plan counsel to pension, health and welfare, vacation, training and industry promotion plans. In her role as plan counsel relating to the collection of employer contributions and related damages, Nissen has worked on more than 1,100 cases and, in conjunction with plan administrators, has collected more than $23 million in damages for employee benefit plans throughout her career.

Joliat is a shareholder in Reinhart's Employee Benefits Practice and Taft-Hartley Group.
