Announcing the Release of The 403(b) Plan eSource Authored by S. Derrin Watson, J.D., APM

Issued by:

Date: Mar. 18, 2019

Minneapolis, MN - March 18, 2019 - is excited to announce the release of our newest title, The 403(b) Plan eSource, authored by industry expert S. Derrin Watson, J.D., APM. This much-anticipated resource will add to the growing number of retirement plan titles available from

Timothy McCutcheon, JD, CPA, MBA, publisher of said, "We found that the market needed a comprehensive, easy-to-understand reference book on 403(b) plans. We believe that The 403(b) Plan eSource will be the "Go To" resource for 403(b) professionals and will allow 403(b) professionals to find answers to their compliance questions easily and quickly. Derrin will also be available to answer questions about 403(b) plans in the "Ask the Author" service. We are very pleased to add yet another outstanding resource to the Compliance Suite."

Derrin added, "I was thrilled with the opportunity to use my years of teaching about, working with, and drafting documents for 403(b) plans, and bring them all together into one comprehensive reference book:  The 403(b) Plan eSource.  From eligible employers, to the oddities of 415 aggregation, from special catch-ups and the 20-hour rule, to the specifics of ERISA coverage, the 403(b) Plan eSource covers all the bases.

Although I have authored many works over the course of my legal career, this is my first book written start to finish with digital publication in mind, and the many special avenues that opens to me are wonderful! The ERISApedia platform makes it simple to link source material from the IRS and DOL, as well as to integrate with our other publications, such as the Qualified Plan eSource, and my own book, "Who's the Employer eSource". It's also exceptionally easy to update the book as new guidance is released, or as questions from our subscribers reveal areas that need to be explored."
