Alison J. Cohen, Partner, Ferenczy Benefits Law Center is the 2019 Recipient of the NIPA Excellence in Education Award

May 2, 2019 -- Alison J. Cohen, J.D., CPC, a partner with Ferenczy Benefits Law Center in Atlanta, Georgia, was honored on April 30th by the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) at their annual conference in San Diego as the 2019 recipient of the Excellence in Education Award.  The award recognizes outstanding educators within the retirement plan industry who have made significant contributions and improvements to NIPA's educational programs.  Alison not only is a frequent live presenter at various conferences and training seminars around the country, but also conducts webinars and records e-learning tools. She and her partner, Ilene Ferenczy, are in the process of developing a certificate program for NIPA in relation to the Internal Revenue Service programs that assist plan sponsors in correcting errors in retirement plan administration.
