TRA Hires Drew Graser as New Business Development Consultant

Veteran Financial Professional to Drive National Advisor Development

APPLETON, WIS. (July 27, 2022) – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an industry-leading retirement plan solutions provider confirmed today that they have hired 26-year industry veteran, Drew Graser as a Business Development Consultant, providing relationship management for the Broker Dealer and RIA Channels.

Graser will report to Craig Harm, Director of Business Development Consulting and will be tasked with all facets of retirement advisor development and product partnering strategies with the advisor community.

Prior to joining TRA, Graser held multiple national account roles including time with Dreyfus Investments, Citi Group Asset Management and Principal Global Investors. Most recently, he was head of Portfolio Solutions at ETF Action, based in Denver.

Harm says “Drew brings a wealth of key account experience to TRA and his deep relationships in the Broker/Dealer segment will allow us to continue to expand our Business Development partnerships“.

“This is a great opportunity to bring my experience to the fore front and help TRA continue to expand its national TPA footprint and growth strategy”, stated Graser.

Graser attend Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and resides in the Philadelphia area.
