OneDigital Announces Two Leadership Appointments for Growing Wealth Management Practice

ATLANTA, GA – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced two leadership appointments to its growing wealth management practice. Andrew Jefferys has assumed the position of National Vice President, Wealth Management Solutions and Chris Conyers will take on the role of Vice President, Investment Management Operations and Trading. Both appointments come following rapid expansion from OneDigital’s wealth management practice, which experienced 22% new growth in assets for 2022, and welcomed five wealth management firms through M&A activity.

Jefferys and Conyers both joined OneDigital in December 2021 via acquisition of Gouldin & McCarthy, a New Jersey-based financial planning and retirement consulting firm, where they were both partners. Jefferys joined Gouldin & McCarthy 15 years ago and championed the firm’s growth in client experience and advisor experience, working his way up to Partner status, as a Senior Wealth Advisor. Jefferys’ background and experience both at an operational level and client level will be invaluable as we continue to scale this business. Conyers’ background spans decades of industry experience from trading futures and options on the CME as a floor trader to spending 10 years at Goldman Sachs as an ETF Specialist and holding the CEO/COO role at a high frequency trading firm based in Singapore. He joined Gouldin McCarthy in May of 2017, as their Director of Investment Research and Portfolio Management.

In his new role as National Vice President, Wealth Management Solutions, Jefferys will focus on establishing, leading, and advising on a variety of national priorities and initiatives around OneDigital’s advisory platforms, including retirement to wealth initiatives, client experience and OneDigital advisor experience, helping to leverage the firm’s national wealth management platform. Jefferys will also continue his client advisory consulting. As Vice President, Investment Management Operations and Trading, Conyers will focus on managing the operational needs of OneDigital’s investment management platform, overseeing investment management operations, advisory platform products, trading, and solutions to support a positive client and advisor experience.

At the start of 2023, OneDigital Investment Advisors’ total assets under management is approximately $108.4 billion, representing over one million participants and 41,000 individual accounts.
