The revamped websites offer a new look and engaging user experience RALEIGH, N.C., June 3, 2019 - BB&T Retirement and Institutional Services have announced a complete redesign of its participant and plan sponsor websites. The newly redesigned websites offer intuitive navigation, attractive design features and interactive planning tools. The websites are also fully responsive making it easy to view and initiate transactions on most mobile devices and web browsers. The PlanTrac participant website added new tools designed to help participants stay on track with their retirement planning and overall financial well-being. New features include quick and easy enrollment, personalized retirement planning tips and step-by-step instructions to help participants make changes. The new website also offers interactive videos, calculators and access to more than 20 customizable financial wellness modules through the BB&T Financial Foundations Program. Topics include: budgeting, retirement planning, mortgage lending, insurance and credit solutions. The plan sponsor website, SponsorLink, was redesigned to create a one-stop resource for plan sponsors to reduce administrative burdens, view critical metrics about their workplace retirement plan and improve overall plan health. Some new features include real-time plan information, detailed participant analytics and access to over 15 online reports. The plan sponsor website also offers a participant account view that mirrors what employees see on the participant website.
