Both Former Wife and Current Wife Eligible for Annuities

Question 1063: Do my divorced wife and my current wife get the same percentage of my Railroad Retirement, or do they share the amount?
Answer: You current wife will receive an amount equal to 50% of your Tier 1 and 45% of your Tier 2 before any reduction for Social Security or for age.
Your former wife will receive approximately 50% of your Tier 1 but no Tier 2.
Each will receive their own benefits.
