(Posted October 9, 2013)
Question 1064: I was married 7 years to a railroad worker who has 10 years in the railroad. Would I be entitled to his railroad pension, if so how do I find out how much?
Answer: Because you and the rail worker have been married for less than 10 years, you are not eligible for a Divorced Spouse Annuity.
