Question 1068: A child is living with a wife when her husband dies; When is the child considered "disabled"?
Answer: If the child is totally disabled before reaching 22, he may be entitled to a Child's Annuity regardless of his current age.
The widow can also qualify for an annuity regardless of age if she is caring for the child.
