Question 1230: I have been divorced for 15 years (I was married for 24 years). My ex-spouse has remarried. Can I still file for my ex-spouse's Railroad Retirement if we are both age 60?
Answer: You will not be eligible for a Divorced Spouse Annuity until age 62.
