Railroad Retirement Service in Ohio

Question 140: Who or where do I call in Ohio to find out about current retirement benefits for a CSX employee?

Answer: The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) currently has two full time district offices serving the State of Ohio. The offices are open to the public from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

One is in Cincinnati at the C.B.L.D. Center, Room 201, 36 East 7th Street, Cincinnati OH 45202-4439, (513) 684-3188.

The other is in Cleveland at the Celebreeze Federal Bldg., 1240 E. 9th Street, Room 907, Cleveland OH 44199-2093, (216) 522-4053 or from the Toledo area, (419) 259-7442.

Periodic scheduled service is also offered in Canton, Chillicothe, Columbus, Conneaut, Marion, Toledo and Willard.
