(Posted July 16, 2003)
Question 287: I'm trying to find bankrupcy cases involving the overpayment of disability benefits that have been filed against the RRB. I'm most interested in any cases that have been won, where the disability benefits have been reinstated.
Answer: I'm sorry but I have no information on the type of cases you're looking for.
