Answer: The Louisville & Nashville RR was absorbed into CSX system in 1980. Pensions are paid through the Northern Trust Company, Benefit Payment Services C-5S, PO Box 992904, Chicago IL 60675-2904. The toll-free number is (800) 437-9520.
You also need to notify the United States Railroad Retirement Board, 844 North Rush Street, Chicago Il 60611.
