No Maximum Service Limit Under Railroad Retirement

Question 492: After completing 360 months under Railroad Retirement, could I work for Amtrak for 10 more years until I reach 60 years of age without a penalty in Railroad Retirement benefits?
Answer: You can earn as many service credits as you wish under Railroad Retirement without any penalty. There is no maximum service amount.
