Question 629: Are spouses under the same earnings limits as retired workers?
Answer: Yes, a husband or wife who is receiving a Spouse's Annuity is under the same annual earnings limits as a retired rail worker. The limits apply until the person reaches thier full retirement age, which is between 65 & 67 depending on their year of birth.
