Finding Attorney To Partition Rail Worker's Tier 2 in Divorce

Question 643: My former husband reaches retirement age soon; how do I go about finding an attorney who can help me obtain part of his Tier 2 benefit?

Answer: The local bar association should have a list of attorneys in your area who can handle the division of Railroad Retirement benefits in a divorce action.
