Question 696: How can we become a provider for Railroad Medicare?

Answer: Railroad Retirement shares the same Medicare providers with Social Security.

If you are qualified as a provider under the regular Medicare program, you will be reimbursed for services to Qualified Railroad Retirement Beneficiaries.

Claims for Railroad Retirement should be sent to the nationwide RRB Part B carrier:
