Question 727: I am at this time thinking of divorce. My husband is 68 and I am 61. He is on railroad retirement. If we divorce what am I entitled to regarding his railroad retirement benefits? If I wait until I am 62 and draw on his benefits, what difference would that make?
Answer: Please refer to question #702. I think that you will find the answer there.
