Benefit for a Divorced Spouse

Question 854: If a divorced spouse of a railroad worker remarries, can he or she still receive a Tier 2 benefit?
Answer: When a spouse of a rail worker becomes a former spouse through divorce, the former spouse loses entitlement to a Tier 2 benefit.
Also, if the former spouse remarries someone other than the rail worker, the former spouse also loses entitlement to a Divorced Spouse benefit.
